The Story Of The Concept

In 2008, in an attempt to gain more business, a conventional hotel in Liverpool began offering its guests a 15 bed apartment for large groups of people travelling together. It was very well received and its demand quickly increased. It became especially popular for stag and hen parties and was soon sold out every weekend for 9 months in advance. This prompted the hotel to create more multi-bed apartments which saw the same occupancy rates as the first.

Four years later the hotel group purchased an exclusively apart-hotel. They redeveloped an existing 12 bed hotel into one offering 111 beds, spread over several themed floors, and included its own bar and night club, making it the ideal one-stop location for larger groups.

In 2014 a building on Liverpool’s waterfront was purchased and redeveloped to create a completely unique apart-hotel. Offering a rich history, stunning period features and luxuriously appointed rooms at competitive rates, bookings for accommodation, weddings and functions have outperformed expectations. This apart-hotel comprises of 65 historically themed apartments, and rooms with over 350 beds, a stunning rooftop bar, an elegant grand hall designed for weddings and functions, and a fully-equipped spa.
