Living in the UK

The cost of living in the UK varies depending on which area you live in.  Generally, London is the most expensive place in the UK.  House prices and accommodation costs are also more expensive in the South of England than the North of England.

In the Mercer Survey 2015 London ranks as 12th most expensive place to live and is the UKs most expensive city, followed by Birmingham (80), Aberdeen (82), and Glasgow (109). Belfast (127) is ranked as the UKs least expensive city.
